User Data Deletion

If you want to delete the data we hold that is associated with your use of this application (including data related to your connected Instagram account), you can do so directly in the app or by contacting us.

Remove data in the app (recommended)

You can delete all data we store for a connected Instagram account at any time:

  1. Sign in to the application.
  2. Go to Instagram Accounts (or the equivalent section where your connected accounts are listed).
  3. Find the account you want to remove and click Remove.
  4. When prompted, confirm that you want to remove the account. You will see a warning that this will permanently delete all associated data we store for that connection.

Once you confirm, we remove:

This removal is permanent and cannot be undone. You can reconnect the same Instagram account later if you wish.

Deletion from our application does not delete your Instagram account, or data that remains on Meta’s systems. To revoke our app’s access to your Instagram data at the source, you can also remove the app in your Facebook settings or in your Instagram account settings.

Full account and data deletion

To request deletion of all data we hold about you (including your app account and any remaining connected Instagram data), contact us using the support or contact option provided in the application. Please use the same email address you use to sign in, so we can identify your account. We will process such requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.

What we retain

We may retain certain information where required by law (e.g. for legal or audit purposes). Once deletion is complete, we will not use the deleted data for any further processing.
